Parker joined Everblue Investments in 2024 and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, as well as handling asset management and property management across the firm’s portfolio.

Parker earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees from The University of Texas at Austin, where he focused on finance and real estate investment. A lifelong Longhorn, he grew up in Austin and developed an early interest in the Texas real estate market. He now lives in Dallas and enjoys staying active outdoors, playing golf and tennis.
